  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter – divided
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • ½ Tbsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

How to make Broiled Mahi Mahi Recipe

  1. Place oven rack in top position, and preheat oven to broil setting.
  2. Grease a broiler pan. If you do not have a broiler pan, life a jelly roll baking sheet with foil, and place a cooling rack on top of the pan.
  3. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter, then drizzle over the Mahi Mahi fillets.
  4. Lightly dust the fillets with flour and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place pan into the oven and broil for 5 minutes or until fish just begins to brown, watching closely.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, parsley, and remaining butter. Carefully open the oven and remove the broil pan, then pour over the Mahi Mahi fillets.
  7. Place back into the oven and broil for an additional 5 minutes, or until the fillets flakes easily with a fork and have reached an internal temperature of 137 degrees F.
