How long does it take for West Elm to deliver? ›

You can typically expect delivery between 14–28 days (for Northern Ireland territories please expect delivery between 28–42 days) from point of booking, dependent on geography.

Our products are delivered in two ways, either: Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS) to your delivery address. Truck Delivery for most furniture and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits; usually includes our Premium White Glove service and Unlimited Items for a Flat Rate fee.

Refusing Delivery: If the order has already been shipped, one option is to refuse the delivery. This means not accepting the package when it arrives. Once refused, the item will be returned to West Elm, and a refund process will be initiated upon returning to the warehouse.

With Inside Delivery, items are delivered on a pre-scheduled date to the room of your choice but are neither unpacked nor assembled. Some furniture is stocked in your local west elm store and available to take home immediately. Our Sales Associates can arrange delivery of these items via a local delivery service.

Envelopes, packages, boxes and pallets. Deliver-It offers 3 Same Day delivery options including Stat (Immediate), Express (2 hour) and Regular (4 hour) options. We can even provide a dedicated vehicle for special pickup and delivery options to further customize your unique needs.

Usually, when you receive an out for delivery notification, it means you'll get your package in the course of the day, often within a few hours, provided there are no mishaps in the last phase of the last-mile delivery. The time you get your package will depend on your location in the delivery route.
